Using our Australian-made Mainline Prohub dyno, master tuning tools, and world-renowned tuning equipment and software, we have the ability to transform your car, 4x4, or truck and tailor a tune to suit your unique needs and specifications.

Tuning of the ECU (engine control unit) or remapping involves modifying the factory software parameters for your vehicle’s engine or transmission to optimise performance. This is done by connecting our master tool to your vehicle’s computer—usually via OBD II—and reading the stock ECU file. The stock file is then carefully modified to suit your unique requirements using our specialised tuning software, increasing power, torque, and fuel economy while simultaneously improving reliability. The new modified tune file is then seamlessly flashed back onto your vehicle’s ECU.

In the case of a custom dyno tune, the vehicle is first loaded onto our Prohub dyno before a baseline test is performed. This test measures all of your engine’s parameters as well as power and torque using arguably the most accurate chassis dyno on the market. The datalog from your vehicle is then carefully analysed, and a fully custom tune file is written in-house and seamlessly flashed into the ECU, usually through your vehicle’s OBD II port. This enables us to fully optimise your vehicle’s performance, unlock its full potential, and tune it to suit your unique requirements and/or individual modifications. A second dyno run is then performed to verify the results, and the second datalog is carefully analysed to ensure all aspects of your vehicle’s tune have been configured perfectly.
